Troubleshooting Slow Downloads

Check your connection, server limits, Wi-Fi, and competing traffic when a download is slow.

1. Check whether other sites and downloads are also slow.
2. Pause other large transfers and cloud backups temporarily.
3. Try a wired connection or move closer to your Wi-Fi access point.
4. Check whether the file host limits speed or is experiencing high demand.
5. More connections do not help every server and may increase load on the host.
